Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your SillyGrip®, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Not show signs of wear or damage

The product should only be handled as necessary to inspect its nature and function, similar to how it would be examined in a physical store.


How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • Reason for return (optional)

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions.


Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof that it has been shipped.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns if the product shows clear signs of use beyond basic inspection.
