Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Typical delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
